the main reason we don't sell some parties is because tickets for those parties are sometimes available under price or even free on the island. this is why we stick to selling parties where we know there is a real value in buying beforehand online. any other policy would always come back to bite us in the forums
specifically for the two parties
matinee and
supermartxe, we have decided not to sell them, because too many people tried to buy tickets for these parties last year with stolen tourist credit cards from mainland spain.
credit card fraud is a fact of life in ecommerce. we work closely with the police and the club security teams to keep this at a minimum. we have several advanced warning triggers which detect suspicious buying patterns. because of this we identify nearly all fraudulent purchases in advance. but for those specific parties, matinee and supermartxe, we have been caught out in the past too often to make it worth our while selling.
both parties are spectacular, they are 2 of the most popular parties on the island and rightly so. but we have to look at the big picture and take this action unfortunately.
