Benidorm Series 6???

Do you know if they are going to make a new Benidorm this year???

I loved this last one, it got off to a rocky start for me but loved it in the end! Was there last year when they were filming Series 5 and saw all the cast coming in most days from my Balcony.

Thanks in advance

God I hope not, I think they should replace it with a comedy. Or perhaps something more interesting like the old potters wheel interlude of yesteryear

It did improve a lot near the end, but as Derren Litten has finished it looks doubtful. Steve Pemberton seems to be busy with other projects.

I think the writers should visit all the Benidorm forums and either include some of our experiences or ask us for ideas for scripts.

I quite enjoyed the last series, yes it was lame in parts but it also had some funny moments and it was good to see a bit more out and about in Benidorm

I would have left the last episode on a cliffhanger if I'd been writing it, I would've had Mick win on the lottery leaving a lot of possibilities for another series

Only 2 episodes really stood out for me this time, the one where they had the dance comp with "squirrel big c**k" haha, and the final one with the fight scene by the pool.

Was really pleased to see Asa Elliot regularly in this one as well. I said to someone only yesterday if only they could get all the origonal characters back, (johnny vegas, cissy rock etc) and mix it back up again.

I really do hope they make another one, I dont know why people have such a bad opinion of the show, its all just good light hearted humor.

Good news maybe, it has to have excellent scripts this time. I enjoyed the last series but there was something lacking. They paid 20 Euros for the day as an extra, and you have to be on set from 7am and sometimes stay until 7pm.

Hopefully it'll pick up this time.... the last series was cringeworthy, not funny in the slightest... and still not sure why they "featured" Asa in every episode... (after he murdered a rendition of Dont Stop Believin, I went off the idea! )

I'll always watch it, just because it's benidorm

I usually enjoy it though!

They should feature us doing karaoke Lisa!

I thought it was a true documentary!

Last time I saw Chrissie Rock was in T.J's playing bingo, asked why she was here I heard her saying cos' she was skint.
I really do like the series though.
When the new manager came to the Solana with people who's cases were not on the bus and nobody in the hotel cared about anything, this is the Real Spain I remember.

Ahhh ... good, I've been enjoying seeing some of the old series on ITV2. I'd missed the one shown last week so it was good to see it, though I watched it just by chance!
